Brilliant for those doggy accidents on a carpet. Spray on, leave a few moments and wipe off. Mark completely removed. Not too sure about the smellOf the product but does an excellent job.

Impressed
On my 2nd bottle. Bought this purely on the reviews, we have a puppy and inevitable our pup misses her mats on occasions. This stuff really does neutrise and has a leaves strong cent. Quite expensive but keeps the house from smelling of dog pee so worth every penny for me.

Absolute magic stuff, this is my 2nd bottle with puppy.lifts stains, removes odours & prevents repeat accidents in the same place. Really does break down the scents left.The scent of the product itself is a little overpowering, very strong citronella like scent but I’d take that over ur one any day and it does finally ease off after a while.

The smell is not too bad for humans and the dogs hate it
I tested this for a company and I was very impressed so I order it. The only problem was that when I received it the bottle was all but empty with a large crack down the side and the packaging was damp. When I reported this I was sent another bottle quite quickly.The neutraliser works quite well and does what it should do. The smell is not too bad for humans and the dogs hate it.

Works well, gets rid of odours as promised and does indeed stop repeat fouling from my bengal who simply just ignored all other repellants. The smell is horrible but its better than the smell of cat wee. Please note that this only comes with one bottle where the picture clearly shows 2 - this is the reason for my 3 stars instead of 5
