c. 30ml There is a dosage measure with the bottle, (fits over the cap). I dilute it down as it is quite concentrated and makes a refreshing 'long' drink.

Taste is subjective. The product I have is pomegranate juice which when diluted is for me ok. I suspect the word sour should be a clue.
