Excellent paint - very fit for purpose.
Used this paint to respray the surface of the door of our lounge gas fire - it had previously been a sort of battleship grey. In my opinion this is a superb paint. Not only is it very forgiving when spraying and will do its best to coat evenly, it has a beautiful colour. Although it is quite pricey for a can of spray paint do remember that it is specialist paint and not only can it withstand the temperatures found in a heater environment but the quality of the paint is second to none. I have actually bought some more to paint a radiator. The only issue is that 400ml doesn’t go very far when spraying a large surface (such as radiator) but there is no doubt that this is a quality product and worth every penny.

Nice effect
Seems OK so far. I painted over our rusting cast-iron chiminea and it's looking pretty good. I was hoping for a more metallic effect to be honest. This is more brown but there is some metal to it, just not as much as the original paint job. Relatively easy to apply and the job looks well done despite me being a cack-handed DIYer.I've not lit the stove since so cannot yet comment on how well it survives the heat, or its longevity at this popint

Covers well
Covered chiminier in one coat and didn't burn off on first burn after spraying

Really impressed with colour and finish of this spray. When spraying it does appear a little uneven and patchy but once dry, the finished is perfect and has transformed some more modern radiators into a more antique look. You may need a couple of coats.
