I got mine 26th April 20 and the used by is Jan 22

What is the preparation method on those? Have they been soaked and/or pressure cooked? Thank you.

They have definitely been cooked you can just use out of the tin, you might need to consult Biona direct for the cooking/soaking method used, sorry I can't help you there, I have used them a lot and have had no problems :)
