The best calcium supplement
My 80yo mum has been taking this for over 3 years now and she is loyal to this product as she always asks me to send her this (international) every time she runs out. She has osteoporosis and so far this is the only calcium that it works as it says. Also, I've noticed that her skin looks younger than her age.

Good for knee problems.
The doctor said these do not do anything but I took these for two months and then I stopped them for a week. When I take them my knees are good but when I stopped them my knees started to hurt. So for me they work.

The product content list is misleading! This product is listed as having 4.4mg fish cartridge but in-fact it has none. This is a labelling breach that needs to be clarified.

Serious allergic reaction. I tried reducing dose to half a tablet per day but it brought me out in itchy hives.

Used to look this product but they’ve changed the formula and you can’t no longer crunch them before swallowing. Risk of choking.
