Are the ingredients in these the same as the bone density tablets?
Is it ok to take these in conjunction with cod liver oil? I've bought both and i don't want 1 or the other to go to waste

Finally something to help my joint pain!
I’ve tried everything to help my chronic hip joint pain for 12 years, and after taking these tablets for a couple of weeks my pain at night is 90% less, the best that anything, even hard core pain killers have done for me.
