Epson T1293 Ink Cartridge for SX230, Magenta, Genuine

Original ink, tried compatible cheaper ones but they always worked out more expensive. If your printer "recognises" them, they don't last as long and the heads get clogged often. I went back to original Epson cartridges and I haven't had an issue since. Good quality ink, value for money, fully compatible with my Epson printer, flawless installation.

Works well as expected

I always use Epson original inks and the Magenta always seems to be the first to be replaced, even though I use the high capacity ones. Of course it depends on the type of printing one does. At this time of year I always produce all my Christmas cards and photo Calendars so, obviously, use a lot of ink, but Epson originals always guarantee the best results all round. So always stick to original replacement cartridges.

I was struggling to find anyone who stocked this item. I will be ordering a full set in the near future.

Epsom have you by the short and curlies ... You get a printer thinking to yourself , cor this is good for the price ...Then when it comes to replacing the inks they totally fleece you .... and if you try to use a substitute, nine times out of ten it won't work , because epson won't let it ...A decent enough product but this ink must be one of the most expensive liquids on the planet !!
