I'm not flexible, never done Yoga so I couldn't tell you if this is a good mat or blocks and what not. But the mat goes on the floor and the blocks seem to work so they're probably good.Delivery was a little slow compared to amazon's next day delivery however was impressed with the packaging made it feel like the company cared about the product.

Loved the combined pack but the yoga mat is too thin .

Used for floor exercises

Gorgeous colour and at a good price considering you get the full set. However, the mat is extremely thin and made certain positions during my yoga class unbearable as there was hardly any cushioning from the hard floor whatsoever. Such a shame as I do love the look of the set and it is a good size.

I like the material not hard or too soft or too thin just enough mat to ground with, do ensure you wash your hands to avoid excess residue, used on ceramic floor tiles and wooden floor!Blocks are ideal and helped open up my bridge and alignments for splits and holding poses also doubled them up using in calisthenic tricks practice
