Definitely helped with support in my trainers for my plantar fasciitis
I noticed a difference wearing these in my trainers and felt supported. My physio suggested these and I would recommend. Good arch support. Slipped easily into my trainers and didn’t fall down and stayed in place.

Value for money and do what I bought them for!
I have recently being experiencing pain walking in flat shoes and so thought I would try these as a cheaper option to others advertised and in shops. They arrived in good time and can be transferred easily from shoe to shoe, as there is no adhesive and they still sit well in the shoe without moving around whilst walking and are comfortable. I haven't used for long and don't walk around in them all the time (maybe I should to feel the full benefit!) but they have already eased a lot of the pain I have recently been experiencing and would highly recommend to anyone else who wishes to buy them for the same purpose.

Great as far as they go but some issues
Treatment for tarsal tunnel syndrome. You get what you pay for and these are no substitute for the more expensive Slimflex Simple 3/4 Length Insoles - High Density ( Hard ) orthotic insoles provided by my podiatrist. These are not as deep and after a few days use are showing some signs of material compression. The Slimflex ones look more or less the same as they did 18 months ago and are in constant daily use. Plus the covering on these, whilst intended to aid comfort, will rot quicker than the the insole itself and potentially be a hygiene issue. That said, they serve the precise purpose I bought them for. Not being as deep they fit into footwear that I can't use the Slimflex insoles in - espadrilles and flat trainers - and provide some relief for my foot condition. Always get proper medical advice when using medical devices, which is what these are, or you could make your condition worse not better, and these are not for people who do not have the conditions they are supposed to treat as they do alter your gait. On the one hand I'm pleased to have some relief in lower profile shoes. On the other hand I would not expect signs of wear after a couple of days so quality and durability are in question. Added: for those who have problems with these, please do get a referral to an NHS podiatrist, who will carry out tests and prescribe you a precisely fitting insole for your condition and foot shape. They will also answer concerns about discomfort using this type of insole. In my experience after years of being passed by GPs to the wrong specialists, a nurse referred me to a podiatrist, who identified the problem and solved it in 20 minutes. If you are self-prescribing, or following non-specialist GP advice, it is pretty much pot luck if this works for you. 6 month update... despite initial concerns about quality and durability, these have lasted the course with regular use - several days a week. Still not in the same bracket as the Slimflex insoles but well worth the investment.

Great!
Just what I was looking for, can use some double sided tape to stick them into shoes if needed. Because they’re not full length they don’t make your shoes too small either!

Helped numb toes but painful at first.
I suffer from numb toes when cycling so I decided to give these a try on the off chance, before I consider investing money in a proper bike fit. At first they were very hard and uncomfortable, especially to walk on. On the bike they were bearable but still not comfortable. After a while either my feet got used to them or they started to soften and, although I would never describe them as comfy, I did not notice they were there while cycling. If trying to walk they were not painful any longer but were definitely intrusive. They have not cured my numb toes, which seems to be caused by a number of problems, but have definitely alleviated the issue some. In combination with a new saddle, and cleat wedges to alter the position of my feet, these have definitely helped, more than I initially expected them to. I would recommend trying these to see if orthotics would help any issues you may have before investing in custom made ones.

Updated report: Since first used a year ago plantar fasciitis has not returned
Good in all respects. Competitive price. Can't give five stars because I've only just bought it. A similar model though from the same vendor has held up well for three or four months of frequent use. I successfully recovered untroubled walking from plantar fasciitis using it in my shoes or boots as one of my measures. It's only an opinion, and may have nothing to do with my recovery, but I suspect that, with such products as inserts, one must persist for at least say two months before, if they work, one is going to see a result. A better test than I performed would have been to try different measures separately in succession for two months each, but I was in a hurry to get better, so tried thicker soles and thicker socks as well as arch support inserts and plain inserts all at the same time. I was on my way to recovery before I was examined by a physiotherapist, but he did say that my arches were a little flattened so that support was a good idea Updated 23 February 2018: It's now a year since I started using arch supports, and some eight months since I bought Wellbeing supports from Amazon. I made a repeat order the other day, and take the opportunity to report that I continue to use the combination of thicker shoe and boot soles, insoles, and arch supports, and the plantar fasciitis has not returned. All supports have held up well in use

Relief foot pain
Was advised to get some 3/4 length insoles by an orthopaedic specialist to improve my gait and combat my fallen arches. I fitted them straight into my size 12 walking boots and have just completed over 6000 steps with them and they are great.

Saved my ankles working 12 hour shifts on A&E
I bought these insoles as a nurse working 12 hour shifts on A&E. I often ended a shift with painful swollen ankles which hurt all the next day, I discovered the likely reason was for my shoes being too flat. I tried these insoles as an alternative to wearing the ugly shoes I was going to be forced to wear to save my ankles. The first shift I wore them the insole is hard plastic coated with a soft outer layer and I found them very painful at first on my arches, however I persevered and by the second shift my foot had adjusted to the insole and I’m very happy to say no more swollen ankles! It’s be so refreshing to finish a 12 hour shift and not be in agony, just get through the intitial discomfort and it really is not long before you feel the benefits I do recommend especially for fellow workers on their feet for long hours

Hilft beim Fersensporn
