Comfortable
This chair is very comfortable for the clients, it supports the lumbar well, and most people fit the shampoo bowl well. I'm very happy with it. Good price and the company was easy to work with. I even found a you tube video of someone putting the exact chair together to follow.

This is a real up grade chair. Better cushioning for client. As a color specialist my clients are in the chair 2-4 hours at a time. It's important to me that they are comfy. Easy to put together. Love the recline of the chair. Super stable. Spend the extra $$. Youll be glad you did and your clients will appreciate it!

Item was not as expected, its too weak and weighted customer scared to sit on this. I tried yo return but they send unpaid return mailing label only with address, Tried shipping companies need to prepay for shipping. Waste of time and gas.

Perfect chair for body piercing
I'm a body piercer. The different reclining levels are perfect for laying clients down to doing inner ear work. Best purchase for my business. I've had the chair for about 3 months now, no issues!

Pretty good chair!
It’s really easy to build, just gotta make sure you have the right screwdrivers and tools. Also gotta make sure you put it right and screw the parts in tight because some parts become really wobbly but good for barbers.

If it fit the sink right, I would probably would love it
I have an older unit, this chair sits a little too high for the unit, plus back of chair needs to recline lower and easier. Getting clients wet often and water on floor from improper fit. ARTISE Company impossible to deal with. Plus bottom of chair already rusting from water getting in between that a rubber ring that goes around it. Not happy at all. Clients do say it’s very comfortable in it though. L
