very clever design
I received these today so have not use them yet but wanted it mainly for making satay. I was very pleased with the presentation and the addition of the corn holders and storage bag made it both easy for me to store and magnificent as a gift. These are very sturdy and I am simply delighted at the ability to slide the food stuff off of the skewer, which I find very clever. I am totally pleased with that.I have not used these yet, so I cannot attest to that, but I am 99% sure that they will be just fine. I do wish that there was a rack to go with it in the kit, but I will purchase one separately. My only other comment is that it would be nice if they made ones that were a bit shorter, so I can also use them more easily in the broiler, but that is not a big issue for me. Actually, having a nice long ones makes it easier to add more veggies and meat on the same skewer, which pleases me. So the length is fine in that respect.

Finally
Have been looking for a good set of skewers that are not bamboo, and came with a case. Used them for the first time this weekend. Sturdy, and held a fair amount of food. Just bought a second set for bigger cook outs. The corn cob holders were a nice addition as well. Case is easy to use. Highly recommend this.

I bought this as a gift for my dad who loves grilling and the whole family is obsessed. I can't believe how well made they are for the price. Our shish-kabobs turned out so much better than with the frail wooden ones. So glad I found these!

Awesome Skewers!
These are so much fun! I used them to grill shrimp and they work perfectly fine! super easy to store and to clean. Cant wait to keep grilling more! They are sturdy and good quality

Great Set
It is pretty good quality and the design is really comfortable, not like the others with plastic handles. Good stainless steel. The case is awesome and helps keeping the set in one place.
