Masione NP-F970 Lithium-ion Replacement Battery 6600mAh 7.2V for Sony NP-F970 NP-F930 NP-F950 NP-F960 L Series Camcorder

My old genuine SONY batteries have been in service for many years, and were becoming a little tired with constant use and re-charging. These 6.6 Ah replacement batteries are quite amazing, in terms of run time, when compared to my old, tired (some might say worn out) SONY originals. The only downside is that they do not display the 'genuine' SONY info lithium information. They do, however, they give a fair indication (in minutes) of juice left while running my SONY Z5's. That said, at a fraction of the cost of the genuine SONY item they represent very good value for money. They are also excellent for running lights and other equipment utilising the NP series battery.

When using, I get a warning to use “Genuine infoLithium cells”. Avoid.

Seems very good. Been using it for 6 months on a TV Logic 58 and still holds charge well. Casing is strong enough to cope with the travel that I do.

Just as big as my hands, but the only let down, it takes for an age to recharge, but that is to be expected since it is a big battery serving only one purpose, to last long as possible so my LED-Pro 160 doesn't run out of juice in 10 seconds

I got this for a Neewer LED video light. It's a much better fit than the other I bought with the light, very tight with no fear of falling out when moving the light around.

Not good for use with Atomos Power Station. One of these lasts half the time of an official Atomos NP-F750 battery of 5200 mAh (like for like, properly conducted test).

Reliable and long lasting very good batteries, no issues as of yet.
