Can you wear this all day if you work outdoors?

Yes of course. You can wear this all day at outdoor if you want.

Can u still do the gym with this and does it really work?

I got this for my son who plays football. He’s a lineman and needs the extra support that this top adds. He’s very happy with it and it doesn’t impede his abilities at all. Hope this helps. Thx

So for someone that wears a Large shirt i should get an XL?

I had got my son one before, he plays football, but I got what size he normally wears and it was way to tight. I returned it and got him a size bigger and it worked out great. He’s a big kid, so it was the perfect “snugness”. Hope this helps, thx!

Does this come in a Long sleeve?

Not from what I can see on this product. Maybe search other options. Thx
