Nice change from porridge oats
Lovely light texture, no discernable taste and easy to use as a base for my cereal.

Quinoa flakes - versatile and healthy
I use these in two ways: I add them to yogurt, or cook them exactly the same way as you would do with oats to make porridge. Either way, they have a good consistency and flavour, and healthy nutritional properties.

Texture
I made this up to eat as a breakfast alternative to oats and millet, it cooks quickly, in about the same time. The taste is OK, fairly neutral, personally I dont care for the texture, the little tails that appear after cooking are not for me 😛 for this reason alone it won't be a repeat purchase.

Terrible smell
I bought these as an alternative to oats. I wasted my money as the smell as soon as I started cooking them was terrible. I tried the first batch without rinsing and rinsed the second batch. The second batch (100g) became a very small amount of paste in no time and was not palatable. The terrible smell was less with the rinsing. Quinoa grains are easier to cook.
