What is the difference between this and the cheaper pregnancy plan tablets by zita west?

Pregnancy Plan is a one a day formula whilst the Vital Essence range are 3 capsules daily and contain a wider range of nutrients. Each trimester has a slightly different formula according to increased needs during pregnancy. All the Zita West formulas contain folate in its active form and relevant levels of other B vitamins and essentials nutrients.
