This is a must buy for your gym. Really helped my knee pain while squatting.

Almost no cushion for top of feet. If I put more than 25lbs it is too painful! Going to try and look for some type of cushion for it I guess. If not for that would have given 5 stars

Super happy with this TIB bar. I've started implementing tibialis training in my workout splits and this is the most effective tool I've found to help with the exercises. The bar feels really well made and I have no hesitations loading it up with plenty of weight. Definitely would recommend!

Great TIB bar. Really durable, and especially love that it collapses so I can fit it in my normal gym bag. Also love that it comes with a good barbell clip. My gym only has a bunch of old, cheap metal clips. The included one feels much more secure.

Cushion is not thick enough for comfort. Clampstays on place at 50 pounds for 30% of my weight. Easy to install. Nice bag to carry, but can't lift without thicker cushion for feet.

Bought this tibialis bar after watching Ben Patrick videos. I suffer from knee pain and since I have implemented this movement into my workout split I feel much better. The red clamp included with this is strong and firm and feels really high quality. I love that it can easily come apart so I can easily travel with it too!
