This top is a must have in my wardrobe comfy an easy to wear all day does slightly help with my lower back pain due to the support of this vest top keeps everything tucked in place an a another appearance when wearing it highly recommended

Cannot say it holds a lot.im not realy overweight, but it looks and feels as simple basic t-shirt

I purchased the size small and really it is like a normal tight vest - as in it does not pull your tummy in at all. There is no way it shapes you. Was going to return it but even though, as far as I am concerned, it is defective or not as described, I have to pay for return postage so actually not worth returning. My advice is do not buy!!

This vest is a good item for under clothing. Well priced and made. I found it a bit on the tighter side for the size but works well.

Really like this vest and I will order in other colours, its not a shiny finish so you can wear like a normal vest top if you can see bits of it like the neckIts a tight fit but thats what makes it work - don't be put off if its difficult to get on over your shoulders its a great fit once you are able to pull it down
