Will this product help to stop oxidation on aluminium? If not, what product would be best? Thanks in advance

Oxidisation comes from without. It is the process by which oxygen in the air reacts with a metallic element. Rust is iron oxide; verdigris is copper hydroxide; the icing sugar on lead is lead oxide and so on. The polish effectively removes oxidisation. It cannot prevent it. That would be a chemical impossibility if not a physical one.
