will this be good for the very painful skin cracks i have in my finger tips ?

Hi, I find this is the best reasonably priced cream on the market and I have used a lot! I work in a kitchen and had been suffering with cracked dry and inflamed hands on a daily basis, a couple of days of using Tough Hands and mine cleared up!
