It will restore aluminium but if it is faded chrome there isn't much you can do other than have them rechromed

Can I use this on gold jewellery?

Yes but olny if the jewellery in real gold, otherwise will remove the coating...

I have tiny rust spots on my van from metal shavings. Will this polish them off without damaging the paint work?
