Perfect herbal soothant, plenty of them, definitely worth the price. They help me with sleep, they are a perfect size for one to work well. They are easy to take, taste good and give a quick relief from stress.

I have been using Rescue pastilles quite for a long time. They work. I recommend them.

When I cannot use the liquid these are brilliant. Ideal for handbags or pockets it is a handy container and to be honest no one would know if you are taking cough sweets or similar. Good value and ideal for travelling at work etc. Taste nice and well worth buying

These are not quite as effective as the drops for me. However they are really convenient for taking out with you. Always good quality

Here’s my honest take: Pros: - Convenient & travel-friendly – The tin is compact and easy to keep in a bag or pocket. - Alright taste – The flavor is very subtle. - Natural ingredients – I like that it uses flower essences and doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol. Neutral/Cons: - Effect is very mild – I didn’t notice a dramatic calming effect, but it did help me pause and take a breath, which might have contributed to a slight sense of relaxation. - More of a placebo effect? – It’s hard to say how much of the calming comes from the product itself versus the act of stopping and focusing on something.

I order these often the delivery is always fast and they help me ! Easy to use and super results.

First purchased these in Cyprus as started having anxiety attacks due to flight cancellations. Then found them on Amazon! Lovely flavour and gives a quick respite from anxiety but doesn’t last all day, but you can have as many a day as you like
