RIGID INDUSTRIES 3 AMP LED Flasher 12 Volt: LED Light Wiring For Automotive, ATV, and More

I wanted something different for my two D2 cubes on my A Pillar of my 2014 Jeep JK for a parade. A strobe seemed fun. So, this was a cheap way to spice up the presentation. The downside is that there is no constant on. It's either flashing on one of the strobe settings, or it's off. You would have to wire it a different way with another switch and more wires in order to make the constant-on a feature, but I didn't have the patience. Luckily I have other accessory lighting if I need a constant on.It's basically a splice into the power wire of one cube and a splice into the power wire of the other cube. run your power to your battery and run your ground. That's about it. If you want to be able to change the strobe features from the cab, then you need to run the white wire to a switch somewhere in the cab with power.I just left the strobe on the "random" setting. Every time I turn off the Jeep and start it back up, it stays on "random". Nice feature. I'm happy that a $30 module can remember it's setting. I would receommend this product to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  This unit is solid and built to work. The base is sturdy and the electronics are nicely sealed. Don't hesitate to mount in an engine bay or even underneath the vehicle. The leads are nice and long and the installation is simple (Or complicated in my case). I used these lights to turn my cab lights into warning lights by wiring the cab lights into 2 channels and used 2 relays to kill the steady 12v from the running light circuit. Overall I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this flasher.Skip to halfway in this video to see the cab lights in action.

The media could not be loaded.  I wired this into my front turn and fog lights as shown in the attached diagram which allows me to use the lamps in "normal" and "emergency" modes. I mounted this controller to the firewall under the hood and ran the power wire back to a switch in the dash.The unit has 6 patterns including one that cycles through all the patterns. The video shows the operation of the lights on the "Double Alternating" pattern. REALLY pleased with the outcome of this project and highly recommend this if you need to flash LEDs on your vehicle!

The media could not be loaded.  plug and play. looks awesome. hooked to the tail lights on a project seat made from the rear 12 inches of a truck. driven by an off-the-shelf 12v dc 450ma power supply. replaced all the incandescents with leds prior. simple and effective. turn on and it cycles thru the 7 flash patterns. see one you like and hit a momentary button to stay there.

Works just as advertised. One wire for left light, one for right. Installed easily - even comes with two mounting screws. Entire body appears to be water resistant. Mounted into the engine compartment in a dry(er) area. Leads appear to be about a foot long, Red/Black is power/ground, blue/yellow is left/right, and white is control. Wires are easily identified both in the included documentation as well as on the label stuck to the unit. Unit is about 3" by 1.5" and maybe 3/4" thick.

This seems to be a rebranded ShoMe led flasher for a cheaper price. It was delivered earlier than expected and works flawlessly. The flasher unit seems very durable with clear directions. It is much smaller than I expected. I used the flasher when installing led cab lights on an F-250. Paired with a couple of relays, this makes the cab lights look awesome. Great little flasher. Just remember it is only for led lights.

Very happy! This piece is very well built. Thin and small, completely sealed solid state unit. I actually installed it inside the tail light assembly. Works great with lots of different blink and flash options. No wireless option, but I traded wireless for durability. Strongly recommended

The media could not be loaded.  Worked great as an emergency strobe on my solar generator unit. Love that you can select the different flash modes with a momentary press switch. Seems very durable.

Installed today. Works good, but could use more patterns and 3a per side limits number of lights you can run. Nice potted circuit board should last a long time if not abused. Edit: 0ct 20 2020, removed flasher in perfect working condition. Ran typical 6 led high output led pods. Worked good, no regrets!

Great Product, I just wish I could adjust the flash speeds and delays, I think it has 7 flash options available.
