GY GU10 LED Bulbs Neutral White 4000K,8W 800lm Energy Saving Light Bulbs,Equivalent to 80W 120° Wide Beam for Ceiling Non-dimmable,Pack of 12

I have LAP GU10 lights which have lasted years, but they are dim and too yellow looking, with an uneven light spread that is too narrow. I got these to replace them. Firstly, there are no vents/fins on the bulbs. Bulbs get hot, and leaving them on for long periods in an enclosed space may build up enough heat to reduce their lifespan. My LAP ones have lots of them and they are only 4W. It may be that they are perfectly find, I guess time will tell. Secondly, these things are BRIGHT! This is great if you are a photographer or film maker and don't have room to set up too many soft boxes. It really floods the room with light and at 4000k I set my white balance on my cameras to match it, and it was perfect. A little on the magenta side but barely noticable and easily fixed in software. The light spread is very uniform natural, thanks to a soft filter inside which means you don't have hot spots. Light is nice and balanced. I have only tested about half of them so far as I didn't need that many. They are a great price so I'm not that bothered. I will just have plenty of spares to last the rest of my life, lol. Only downside is that they are a little big to retro fit my holes. To remove them it's a bit of a pain and I end up pulling the outer part down so I can push them out of the hole. I think this has been the case for all my LED GU10s though.

I've given five stars as they are great bulbs....if you want something VERY bright with a good wide angle spread of light. For us they are actually too much so they will be replaced (six in a 3 x 5m kitchen).

Very pleased but however one bulb had something lose inside but the others are fine just make sure you check them for any damage or lose electronics inside by any lose rattling sounds.Anyway the bulbs are bright and lightweight and they do a better job than my wickes 5w 3000k bulbs which after only five years started to go out one by one by one and now I thought I replace the whole lot and this is the best bulbs I've bought so far now let's see what happens next.

There were minor scratches on the individual bulbs not sure if they were used or they come manufactured like this. However, they were no problem in installing them and they are super bright compared to my previous downlights. Wish they came in small a smaller pack like pack of 4 , pack of 6 and so on. I now need 4 more lights for my home but they only come in pack of 12 which would be too many for me. Otherwise they are good

These GU10 LEDs are excellent — bright, even light with a clean 4000K tone that’s ideal for kitchens and workspaces. The beam spread is wide and uniform, and the color rendering feels natural without any harsh blue tint. They switched on instantly with no flicker, and all twelve bulbs worked right out of the box. They’re energy-efficient but just as bright as traditional halogens. A very worthwhile upgrade if you want reliable, modern lighting.

Very bright bulbs, just what I wanted, However, I will have to wait and see how long they last. Of the last set of bright bulbs I got (not this brand), 3 out of the 5 started flickering and died within 3yrs.

There are SUPER BRIGHT and natural WHITE light. These have no BLUE tint. Exactly what I wanted. Super easy to install. Time will tell how long they last, but so far build quality and light provided is spot on. Would buy again !!

Lightbulb are very bright and give off a nice cool light if that's what you need. Good price however it does seem that the quality has suffered slightly due to this as after a couple of months one of the light bulbs has already gone faulty and is flickering. Could just be bad luck though.

Uso queste GY GU10 da 8W – 4000K da un po’ e posso dire che hanno fatto davvero la differenza, soprattutto in cucina e in soggiorno. La luce è un bianco neutro molto piacevole: non giallo “vecchia lampadina”, ma neanche freddo da ospedale. Perfetta per vedere bene quello che fai senza affaticare gli occhi. 😄 L’illuminazione è subito al 100%, niente attese e nessuno sfarfallio fastidioso: ottimo per chi le usa su binari o faretti da incasso. Gli 800 lumen si sentono: una sola lampadina illumina bene, dodici fanno praticamente giorno. Il vero plus è il rapporto qualità/prezzo: 12 pezzi a questo costo, con consumi da 8W al posto delle vecchie 80W, significa bolletta più leggera nel tempo. 💸 Anche i materiali danno una buona impressione, con corpo in alluminio che dissipa bene il calore. ⚙️ PRO: 🔌 Attacco GU10 standard: montate in 2 minuti, senza modifiche 💡 Luce 4000K molto equilibrata e uniforme ⚡ Consumi ridotti (8W per 800 lumen) 🧩 Confezione da 12: perfetta per rifare tutta una stanza o più ambienti ✅ Niente sfarfallio visibile, nessun rumore, certificazioni CE/RoHS ⚠️ CONTRO: 🔄 Non sono dimmerabili: se hai un dimmer a muro, non fanno per te ♻️ Classe energetica E: consumano poco, ma non sono il “top del top” sulla carta 🎨 Se ami l’atmosfera super calda e “da salotto soft”, forse preferirai la versione 2700K
