At the age of 28, my CFS which I have had since 14 has massively deteriorated. Once a camper, i now spend long periods of time confined to my bed. Without the reconnect, 7/7 days of the week, I was mentally unable to do anything, physically in a LOT of pain, unable to do anything. A small noise would make me cry out. I have been on Reconnect since 2021. I learned what it was like at age 26 to wear sanitary pads on the worst days, or use a commode on those days. ReConnect yields an improvement. On 5/7 days, I am still mostly bedbound, but can use the disabled non-slip toilet in my adapted house, often use a bed bottle to pee. and I use a stick sometimes. On 2/7 days, I can... walk around the house. Actually feel like im somewhat part of the living, but cannot push too far. On the odd day I can even go out taxiing it to and from a destination. This may not seem like an improvement, but on 7/7 days, I used to require a darkened room, and have even had food assist on the worst days. The fact I can even have two days a week where my symptoms are bearable, the fact my mind is far sharper despite needing a lot of sleep, it is for me a 10/10, it worked when nothing else would for severe ME. It enables me to live in my own house, with meals on wheels coming every day, people coming to help care. I even get the odd day out, which is cherished as a gift from the Creator. Travel internationally with disability wheelchair assist to see my partner until he is sponsored here is somewhat bearable, if I have stayed in bed a week beforehand and book a seat where I can lie down. Post-exterional malaise time is reduced but not eliminated. It has not bought my hiking days back, nor my electronics business or care work days. It was overexerting working and hiking that cause my mild CFS to go to moderate, then to severe. It crept up on me, and the level of disability is no joke. Armed with the knowledge to carefully pace to maintain the function I have, and ReConnect, I will *live*. I would whole-heartedly give it a shot, what have you got to lose? I ran out a while back, and it was a near-instant return to 7/7 hell. Now, I stockpile this stuff, but NADH is an unstable molecule. The Reconnect formula is heavily stabilised and pH balanced. Many NADH formulas are useless as raw NADH will be chemically deteriorated by the time you get it. Store this in the fridge, and if stockpiling, the freezer. Rotate it, and you likely won't get more than 4 years or so in storage with this molecule. Now its on sale, bought 4 more boxes. Update (still working 4 years from the start of my treatment but read): Treatment started to fail after several years of it working. B12 serum levels were low normal, but poking around had me fine how inaccurate B12 serum is. I now get B12 injections and supplement other B complex including folic acid and low B12 was responsible for that failure. This along with the NADH has restored symptoms to moderate, I now get 3 out of 7 days a week able to get out of bed and do stuff and even go out once a week! Like wow. Be aware due to NADHs being produced from tryptophan and the Krebs cycle, this could if taken partially mask the fatigue caused by low B12 or folate so make sure this is not in question before taking as even if you mask B12 deficiency, it is still doing neurological damage. Taking folic acid can also mask B12 deficiency for a while. Discontinuing the NADH returns me to a crashed state even with the B vitamin treatment, but combined with B12 injected it's increased endurance.
