FAST relearn
I work for a dealership. When we replace an OEM sensor, we have to perform a relearn (obviously). That means walking around the shop to locate the diagnostic module (waste of time), connecting it to the vehicle along with a laptop containing specialized software, booting up the software, getting logged in and to the correct screen, then finding yet another tool which activates the sensors (five times each), uploading the sensor codes to the ECM, and finally driving the vehicle a quarter mile which completes the relearn (if you don't drive the vehicle, the Low Tire light will stay on for the customer, and they will think there is a problem and degrade your reputation). Well, I used the TS601 at a different shop and was surprised to find it it costs $350-ish. The other major TPMS relearn tools go are between $1k and $2k, and some you can't update without paying a fee. So this tool, I powered it up, selected the vehicle, scanned each sensor ONCE, uploaded to the ECM, and was DONE. Didn't even have to drive the vehicle. This tool reduced a 10 minute job to less 2 minutes. We are a dealership, so won't be using after-market sensors but I *do* have experience programming after-market sensors with this tool at the other shop and let me tell you, it is just as simple. While one tech was doing the actual replacement of the sensor, I not only programmed the new sensor but also did the relearn - all while the one tire was on the tire machine. Parts availability is solid, you can get the MX sensors for fifty bucks each at one of the major auto parts store, and they also carry just the stems both metal and rubber - these are serviceable, because you're supposed to replaced the stems every time you open the tire. The OBDII diagnostics / codereader is super awesome to have. Compared to other scan tools, this one takes longer to identify which protocol a vehicle uses, but it's still less than 30 seconds. It gives the code and its description. I never opened the manual but I hear it needs a re-write, and the on-screen instructions are not always correct.

Finally something that will program my 2013 Civic.
I have had problems with the sensors on my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a long time. Even after having the sensors replaced, the tire shops failed to realize that the sensors need read and then written to the ECM in their specific locations on this particular model. I finally gave up on explaining this and purchase the TS601. Within 20 minutes I had cleared the error codes, read the sensors, and written them to the ECM via the ODBII port. Problem solved.

Great tool and simple to operate
As the automotive world goes digital our toolbox needs handy little gadgets like this. I had never operated one before but after unpacking it and making sure it was charged, I had my Tundra's TMPS codes in just a few minutes> If I have get dragged into this high tech world, thankfully there are tools like this to assist me in my journey.

Well worth the cost. Very handy device!
Used it to re-sync the stock tpms sensors to my 2006 Infiniti G35x and FINALLY get rid of the tpms light on my car. It connected to each sensor flawlessly and worked perfect on the first try. Very impressed with it! Has the added benefit of connecting to the obd and checking/clearing codes there too.

YouTube has a lot of videos that helps you through the learning process.
Easy to learn. Works as advertised. Great product. Programed my Chysler 300 with ease. The mx sensors worked great.
