Brilliant, works so well for 20 people
Bought this with a bit of trepidation about whether it would work with twenty people. I shouldn’t have worried because it was fantastic. We were roaring with laughter throughout, the clues are enough to make you suspicious of everyone but if you keep notes you can whittle it down to the likely few!So brilliant and so much fun that we’re doing it all over again for my mum’s birthday soon.Took us about 2.5 hours in total which was the perfect length and I had so many compliments on the game. Deffo recommend for large group parties.

Absolutely brilliant for a virtual lockdown party
We had a super fab virtual murder mystery with this game! It made my 50th lockdown birthday event super special and full of laughter! The script is brilliant. The only thing we did and recommend is when you know how many guests you have and you have assigned your characters edit the question sheet for each round so characters explicitly ask another character in the game the question. You can assign them randomly or in any order but it organises it a bit better and makes it so much more fun. We used the online version but either product is the same! This saved and made my 50th!

Overpriced and impossible to solve mystery due to the fact anyone could be the murderer.
I feel bad giving anything a one-star review but this game was not to an acceptable standard at all.The positive are the characters are funny...Anyone can be the murderer and you decided at the beginning of the game who it is by handing out cards, one with a cross on it. The changes to the game based on who is the murderer is so insignificant it makes it impossible to solve the mystery.Very disappointed, I expected a more varied game play from the price. Not much effort seems to have been put into the product.I would suggest going for another game where who the murderer is, is written into the game.

great game but NOT for children
great game all you need here. however on some sights this is publicised as suitable for children ITS NOT! some minor language problems and themes which are definitely NOT suitable- love triangles, sexual references. It was a littel embarrassing for us with a group of 8-13 year olds and we had to amend the text for round 2.

Great nights entertainment
So much fun with this game, initially there was 20 to come to the party ,but two couldn't come evening of the party. It didn't cause any problems. Everyone got into it,dressing up,accents and being very secretive about it!!!!I would highly recommend it.I sent the invites out 4 weeks previous to party, three weeks in I sent the charactersTwo weeks in I sent the menu for all to choose fromWeek of party I sent the bio'sThis created a real sense of anticipation....Was great ,would do and can do again.

Great concept for multiple people but a bit flawed
This is the only murder mystery game I have ever bought and played, so I don't know how it compares with others. My understanding is that there are two types: one which requires a host and one where everyone can play and this falls in the latter category. We had around 12 of us play, and what was really helpful was the fact that between 6 and 20 could play. The reason it was especially helpful was that we didn't know how many people were able to attend, even on the day. The downside to this is that some spare characters are referred to all the time.Something that is both positive and negative is the fact the murderer is decided at random on the day. Everyone picks a card and one card informs the person they are the murderer. However, deducing who is the murderer is next to impossible. Each person has two scripts towards the end, one for if you're the murderer and one for if you're not. The difference between the two scripts is negligible.

A good game.
Great fun! We used for a charity fundraising evening. Everyone enjoyed it and there was a lot of laughter. It's an excellent feature that not all the suspects need to be allocated. We only had 8 as people were a bit reticent but it worked fine and lasted just over 2 hours which was perfect. Will repeat the evening next year with a new game from the same company.
