I received this set today in perfect condition and it is beautiful. I was worried as I also ordered the 30pc set that arrived yesterday and had several pieces broken and missing paperwork as well. It was obviously returned prior to my return. Hoping for an exchange for a new set. This set is certainly worth getting

We love this Christmas village.

Great village but 1 streetlight didn’t work
When I attempted to get 1 street lamp replaced ss it was damaged I was required to send the entire village back instead of just replaceing the 1 streetlight and had to pay an additional $2 for them to seal the box closed.
