Q: Would this be ok to use with a biorb tank ?

It will be absolutely fine for biorbs of 30l or less. If you have a larger biorb then there is also the higher output q2 model.

Q: Is the Q2 too powerful for a Fluval Fex 34l?

I've got a flex 57 and use the Q1. The bubbles are really gentle. Depends what you want really.

Q: Can I use this in a Fluval Flex 34l tank?

Yes I have mine in a 60l and a 15l tank and both work fine. If you’re using it to power a sponge filter or an air stone it should be fine.

Q: How many litre of air does it pump out per hour?

It's 350ml per minute. Most pumps claim the flow straight out of the pump, so without having to "work" against any resistance (back pressure). This is the case with the Q1 as well, but the difference is this these pumps maintain a greater percentage of their max output even with back pressure. So you get more of the claimed max output even in a real world scenario.
