Absolutely the best pet fountain I have purchased. I have tried 4 other models, all top Amazon sellers and none come close to how much I love this one. It is completely silent which is nice, but for me the value is in how EASY TO CLEAN it is!! The base that plugs into the wall is separate from the well and fountain, so the well lifts right off the base without requiring you to unplug and drag the power cord with you to the sink. Every other cat fountain I have tried uses a pump that is fully submerged in the water and harbors bacteria like crazy - They take forever to clean and take apart + have so many tiny crevices and cracks that fill up with that pink slime. Whoever came up with THIS design is a genius. The app is kinda cool too, I’m not sure how accurate the water intake tracking is in oz, but it’s nice to get notifications that my cats are in fact drinking water. It notifies you when the water levels are too low and reminds you to clean and replace the filter too! The small propeller in the bottom of the well comes out too allowing you to fully clean every crevice, so don’t dump it down the sink like I did when I first cleaned this fountain! It will not work without this piece.

Very easy to clean. Quiet I love this water fountain & so does my fussy cat. I was leary about spending so much money on this fountain. Our cat is scared of his own shadow & very hard to please. He took to it immediately and continues good water consumption. Cleaning is very easy & most of all the container is not have a slimy residue when it’s time to clean. I clean it once a week & change the filter every two weeks. So far we have had it for a month an out cat loves it.

I bought this water fountain in September 2025 so I haven’t even owned it a full year and it will randomly work and then it won’t it just stops pumping water. My cat meows when it stops working. I got tired of trying to get it to work and gave up and just left the lid off well then one day it just started working so I put the top back on and it worked a couple days and then my cat starts meowing like a maniac I look well guess what…no water coming out. I took the top off and she literally stood there about 5 mins drinking water. I absolutely hate this water fountain and if I could give it a zero I would. The only thing I like is it’s fairly simple to clean but what good does that do if the dang thing won’t work. The filter shows it needs changed after like 14 days which is ridiculous. If you want a water fountain that might work 2 days outta the month if that then this is the one for you. I paid $70 for a water bowl that does nothing but hold my cats water which a basic $2 plastic bowl would do just as well. It’s very quiet and the water capacity is great but the pump is horrible. You can’t go away for a day or two and trust that your cat will have water.

Have had this for about a week. So far so good. Got the cheaper one first and it had a few problems so I returned. This one was much easier to put together including the wifi. I didn't buy the wifi bells and whistles but it doe let me know my cats are using it, they actually love it. Wifi also lets me know about water levels. Do wish it went off automatically. Wish this one came in all steel but it was tough getting everything I wanted. I picked this one because I went to a couple of sites that supposedly did hours of research on which cat fountains were best for 2026 and they both rated this #1.

My cat likes to drink out of the faucet, so I had to find one that mimicked that. This is very easy to clean, and the filters are not very expensive. I liked that it's stainless steel and white. I don't really use the app, but I can see how it would be helpful for someone who wanted to monitor their pets water intake. The filters last about 2 weeks before you need to replace them. I did purchase the splash guard thinking my cat would make a mess by playing with the water, but he didn't. I did go ahead and use it because I feel it keeps the water cleaner longer. It's really quiet; I don't hear it at all. It takes about 80 oz of water, which is nice because you don't need to refill it that often. I would highly recommend this - my cat loves it and seems to be drinking more water.

My cats love it! And I love it because it’s quiet, easy to clean, and stays clean longer than other fountains I’ve had. The app features are nice to stay on track of cleaning and water levels. Definitely recommend.

I almost didn't buy this because I didn't want to deal with filters and I wanted something more dishwasher safe. This was worth every penny. I had a ceramic fountain from Europe that I paid a ton for that met the above criteria. No filters, dishwasher safe. Yet this fountain is somehow easier to care for. Setup is easy. Every 2 weeks, cleaning is easy. Replace filter and sponge, they're cheap if you get knock offs (ongoing cost was a huge concern for me). You're good for another 2 weeks. My cat almost never drinks water, but she still loves this and rolls around near it, gets excited when I set it up. With this, I never have to worry when the mood strikes her to drink. She always has fresh water. And it's SUPER QUIET. I hated our old fountain because the pump and water sound were so loud. You can barely hear this at all unless you're very close by. The app tells me if and when she drinks. I don't buy the subscription and I am happy with the features. This gets a solid 10/10 from me.

We had the Petlibro app monitoring water fountain and the automatic dry food feeder with camera for a year and a half now. Both products have worked very well for us and our cat. Have been getting their replacement filters for the fountain. From a recent replacement filter package I was shocked to find out that some of the black filters would not fit in the pump. Tried many times but could not figure it out. Called Petlibro Customer Service and the rep explained to me that they have updated the pump to a new design and what i got was a different size filter hence it did not work in the old pump. They would send me a new pump so I can use the new size filters. Very happy with their customer service. They addressed my concern and was very customer focused.

Wir hatten den Trinkbrunnen nun 6 Monate in Gebrauch und leider ist er nun immer wieder undicht und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Zunächst war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät und meine Katze hat auch gerne daraus getrunken. Zudem ist er sehr schwer zu reinigen bzw. setzt sich den Rändern Dreck an, der sich nicht mehr gut entfernen lässt. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde dieses Produkt nicht noch mal kaufen.
