Impressed with the brand and product
Firstly, the door locks were just perfect. The size, sturdyness, shine, price(as compared to other brand and local market), the mechanism. I bought total 4 knob locks and 2 handle locks and are working perfectly. Secondly, I had to call as a simple screw somehow got lost. They cooperated very well and also sent the missing screw free of cost.

Product is good , but in my case I ordered 7 locks and in 1 box some items were missing.

Poor quality, feel cheated
Read edited comment. Very poor quality, installed it yesterday and it gets stuck each time. Edit: after reaching out to customer support, they provide a small video of how to correct the issue and it is fixed now.
