I'm a true size 9 and ordered the 8.5 /9 So comfy and light and my aching feet feel relief! Vent holes on the sides are wonderful for fresh air flow. Finally found my perfect shoes. I have lots of cheaper brands and these are the BEST. Craftsmanship is there. yay! It's wonderful these healthy feeling shoes are green in my opinion. xo

I love these clogs. I have the leather ones but for a lighter comfortable indoor/outdoor shoe the Kane is just perfect.

I am not a nurse, nor do I work in food service or am on my feet all day, so if you're looking for a hardcore, battle-tested review, keep scrolling. That being said, my trusty Crocodile-themed clogs were great on the concrete floors in my house, but I was still feeling some lower back pain and my calves were super tight. So, I found myself in a search for the next great house shoe, and here we are. What I love about these Danskos is that they're more fitted to the foot right off the bat. If you size your order properly, they should feel snug, with about a pinky worth of wiggle room in the bag; unlike the Crocodile-themed clogs, my leg muscles aren't doing the extra leg work anymore to keep the shoe on my feet so I'm not feeling as sore. The extra platform helps a lot, and you can definitely feel the arch support. Even with thin socks on, there's enough ventilation in the tiny holes on the side to keep you from sweating. Traction feels pretty trusty - I'm keeping this pair in the house for now (they're so spoiled), but they'd be a great option for a gardening clog. But you're thinking, how do these stack up against the Crocodile-themed clogs? The Danskos are noticeably narrower if you're looking at the same size for each. There's not a ton of color options if that's important to you, nor can you jazz your Danskos up with little beady things. The Danskos don't have as many ventilation holes in them, which is nice if you're looking to keep liquids out, and there's for sure more built-in support to the clog. Personally, for a house/working clog, I'd rather spend a day in the Danskos. But I like them both. Will they survive intensive shifts in the hospital for 6 months? No clue, I work a desk job. But for an at-home shoe, this is a great option for those whose memory foam cushioned slippers have long lost their memory or for someone who needs a little extra support. Who doesn't need extra support? Oh and the Kaleidoscope pattern is stupid cute.
