With a 22yr old who has cealiac these are a godsend..they do exactly whats needed with only one capsule. Take them everywhere we go in case he has a flair up and stop the pain n discomfort immediately. Used myself too once or twice when slightly overindulged and worked a treat!

Works great

Suffering from smelly gas I decided to try these to see if they helped. I took two of these about twenty minutes before each meal. After two days noticed improvement in smell but not amount of gas. Went on to taking one or two before meals depending on how the food effected me. Certainly helped with smelly wind and poop but for me I still had gas. Lasted me about two months as I didn't take them all the time but for three a day this is a months supply. Be careful as activated carbon can effect the absorption of medication so don't take them close together. Would buy these again to help get it under control but would look deeper into what in my diet that could be causing it.

I have gluten problem where I can't eat anything with gluten, and after eating my meals I used to get bloated really badly I been to doctors I been to a dietician who made me a chart of what to eat and what not to eat, but still my bloatedness didn't get better then I searched on eBay for natural herbal remedies and I came across these tablets, they were quite expensive on eBay so I searched on Amazon and since then I buy bottles of it so I give it for than 5 stars

I have IBS and sometimes my stomach gets really upset with fruit and vegetables so I find it hard to get my five a day, so usually relay on vitamins.After reading the comments I thought I would give them a go, I have taken them and I have had smoothies, vegetables a lot of fruit and I have been fine maybe the odd day I have an upset but doesn't last.MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THEM HALF AN HOUR BEFORE FOOD- I forgot one day and I was back to my upset stomach all day.Highly recommend

After reading the reviews I thought I'd try these. These have not worked at all. Rubbish, not worth the money and dissatisfied.Don't waste your money...

How many of these tablets one can take to help? Not good for me...

I use these for bloating and “noisy gut” grumbling sounds from my tummy and for the discomfort of trapped wind. Take them as recommended—before and after a meal and they work very well. I cannot believe how much they help and how quickly.For me they work better and faster than peppermint oil or winded even capsules (though, those do work)
