Mario and Luigi: Dream Team (Nintendo 3DS)

I just received this game this morning and I love it so far! I haven't played the previous 2 games in this series but I am very happy with how this is turning out so far! I almost didn't get this game because I saw it on the Nintendo Direct last year and though, "Nooo doesn't look like my thing at all, it looks really uninteresting." But I was very wrong. If you're on the edge with getting this game like I was, just get it because I thought I might as well seeing as it's only at £23.99 atm as well! The music is amazing, everything I have experienced with the game so far has been fun regarding controls and the storyline and the world in general. I wouldn't say the game is easy but it's not really hard either, it's at a very sweet spot of difficulty (for me, at least being 18). The graphics are very nice as well, especially when you're in the Dream World and Luigi is shown asleep on the bottom screen. Overall I can see me spending many hours on this game and hopefully completing it and it's not boring me at all with just over 2 hours of gameplay already played!

Another Mario (& Luigi) classic.I wont bore you with a description if the game, other than to say its not a simple platform jumper this time around, there are two characters to control, turn based battles, block manipulating to solve puzzles and progress through the maps ............ its a very, very good example of game design and why Nintendo dominate their corner of the video games market.As usual the cartridge version of the game is lower price than the download version - so you'd need a good reason to pay premium for a download that you can't give away, sell or partex when the kids get bored of it.

Bought this a while ago but was saving it for my holidays :)Great game. I've never played anything in the Mario and Luigi RPG style world before and this is a fantastic introduction.Graphics are great with 3D being well utilised. Sound is also fantastic with Mario and Luigi's gibberish Italian never filing to raise a smile.I would have given 5 stars only for the usual RPG speech bubble boredom and the seemingly never ending interruption by your star friend.Gameplay is fantastic and although the battles are all pretty much the same thing they haven't, as yet, become boring.I love it and would certainly recommend picking it up (in Select range now I think so a bargain!)

The only faults I have with the game is it is a bit slow to start but that is a minor complaint.Dream Team Bros. introduces new battle mechanics which make fights much more fluid and dynamic (especially boss battles) for example the brothers in one fight must run away from the boss whilst avoiding its assault and watch out for obstacles that impede them, all the charm and humor of the series is in full display and the soundtrack is arguably the best in the series (boss battle music may get stuck in your head) overall a fun RPG that thanks to the new easy mode that becomes available if you struggle with enemies makes it easy to recommend to anyone as either a first or beginner RPG.

Got this for my little boys 5th birthday as he went crazy for it when he seen the tv ad he is a hugh mario fan. This game is not for little ones who cannot read he does not know how to play the game as you need to read to follow the instructions on the screen which are the whole way through he is so disappointed. This should be stated before buying the game.

Great game, with an even better pricetag. Nintendo first party games very rarely disappoint, this one is no exception. The graphics look decent on the 3DS XL. It's fair to say that this is a must to add to your library with over 50 hours of gameplay its also very replayable. All round great RPG mechanics and surprises throughout the game. Yet again another first party Nintendo game oozes class, intelligence and charm. Overall a joy to play and own.

I received Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros from Amazon on time as usual and I have to say, for the past 2 days I've been engulfed in this game! It is so much fun! If you like Mario games than this one will be a must for you. It has lots of tutorials and the game play is very cute and intuitive.I am really enjoying this game so far and would definitely recommend it to those of you who enjoy Mario RPG'S.Way to go Amazon for the prompt deliver and way to go to Nintendo for creating this amazing game! :)

This game is a lot of fun, and is very quirky and entertaining even for adults (I'm 23). The only problem is that there's lots of dialogue, and each section lasts a long time with no way to skip or save during them, so you need to set aside a good hour in order to play - which isn't good for those with a busy schedule who have only got maybe half an hour free.But, if you have plenty of free time, and you like a bit of silly quirky fun, then this is the game for you.

Buyer beware! Bought this for a gift. It’s the European version. Does not work in North America. I am not stuck with a useless game.
