Suitable for kicking your opponent and protecting your foot
Well made, quality boot. There are elasticated loops for the foot big toe and second and third toes. Padding is firm but absorbs impact energy protecting the opponent and the wearer. I recently broke me big toe on an opponent, this protective boot is a welcome addition to my sparring kit.

Great quality boots
Great quality boots, they should last a while. Only issue for straps on one is not that comfortable, but will get used to it. I have size 9 feet and the 8-10 is perfect for me.
