Bad product and worst after sell service.
This product is purchased 5 months back, and there is some issue with the grinder ( jar is not working , machine is throwing out smoke and burnt smell , happened twice so we are unable to use it). Now we are trying to get help but there is no direction for it. AI chat bot says i am limited to certain answers so reach out to seller, but they are not reachable. We are trying to reach out seller but unable to.

replacement with a genuine, branded product
We use this product only occasionally during vacation periods, such as summer holidays. It is used only 2โ3 times a year. However, while using it recently, the product got burnt. When we took it to a local mixer repair technician for inspection, he informed us that the internal aluminium armature appears to be of poor quality/duplicate, while only a new outer body has been used. Considering the very limited usage of the product, this issue is unexpected. We request you to investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement with a genuine, branded product at the earliest.
