feels like used open box
Ordered this SA , received today , box tatty , opened the already weary box and no instructions , no power lead , nothing but the unit ?. WHY ? .. Is this a used returned unit ? . Looks like i will return it and look at other makes , not happy with it at all...

Was able to fine tune duplexer to -98 db. Great precision tool. Tone generator allowed for exact frequency to be produced.
