This product literally changed my whole life.I am experiencing urinary infections since I'm 16. The episode was treated with classical specific antibiotics. A couple of days later, the infection came back stronger... And I lived 8 years since with chronical urinary infection (2-3-6 times a week sometimes, minimum 3 per months). I tried everything : natural cramberry juice, no spicy food, no gluten, no oil, no sex, no shaving/wax hair removal, change panties for full cotton ones (no more Gstrings), no more slim cloths, drink thousand of liters of water every day, go pee every two hours/or holding myself as much as possible, take baths/take no more baths, keep warm especially when sitting outside, take urinary comfort pills, MST tests, urinary infection test, etc... No way to remove the pain, constant need to go pee but burning sensation as soon as my bladder was empty, basically incapable to go to school nor work.The ONLY thing that helps this product: it's the first time of my life that I'm actually relieved by a pill. I take one morning and evening to prevent episodes, and when it's too late (like waking up in the middle of the night in pain), I just take two immediately. It helps SO MUCH to push back the infections when I feel them coming and to eliminate them faster when they are there.I couldn't live without it now, it's not cheap but at least I can live a normal life without the fear of the next one, I know it's going to be manageable. I recommend a thousand %!

Expensive but worth the price- really good at preventing UTIs if you're more at risk one day. Updated my review because I'm a biochemistry student and I learnt the mechanism of how this works! The bacteria causing the UTI has pili (long 'arms') which bind mannose sugar in your urinary tract cells, and then use that to cling on & get into the cells. If you take this you will have lots of mannose in your urine instead, so the bacteria will stick to this instead of your cells and get flushed out. Definitely not just a vague supplement or placebo!Edit- I have since found a study which has a source for this mechanism, and reports that it has similar effectiveness of UTI prevention as antibiotics, and very minimal side effects (although sample sizes are fairly small) if anyone is interested:Lenger SM, Bradley MS, Thomas DA, Bertolet MH, Lowder JL, Sutcliffe S. I had a horrible e.coli infection which led to sepsis. I knew nothing about UTI's, having never suffered before, but when I realised what I was dealing with I researched and came across this product. I had to have four courses of antibiotics and was worried I'd never get rid of it. I bought these and started taking them after I finished the antibiotics as I still had symptoms of discomfort, spasms etc. I believe they helped to alleviate my condition and to be honest, I felt reassured that I could fall back in them. In summary, I can't say for sure that they worked, but I think they are worth trying if you are suffering with cystitis or bladder problems/UTI's. I really feel fir you if you are, who knew how nasty they are and how hard it is to get rid of e.coli in the bladder 😪

I've used this almost daily for several years, especially in the winter. This is the best thing if you're struggling with recurring urinary tract infections. Before this, I tried cranberries, juices, teas etc etc, nothing worked as much as this.I would struggle with really bad UTIs, including kidney infections that required antibiotics. I haven't had a single serious infection since taking these and I genuinely don't understand why doctors don't either prescribe or at least recommend taking d-mannose in some form as a preventative measure.This particular brand seems good - the pills are on the large side, but nothing abnormal, and they are affordable compared to other brands that often sell half strength pills.

I was a little sceptical about these as they seemed cheaper than some of the other brands. However, I'm now half way through my second pack of 120 pills and they seem to work just fine!I have been suffering from frequent UTIs since I got a particularly nasty one a year a go where the infection was resistant to the first lot of antibiotics that I was prescribed. I seem to be getting a lot of them since. My urologist prescribed a three month prophylaxis dose of antibiotics, and since that finished, I felt the start of a couple of UTIs, but thankfully, they didn't develop into full blown infections. I take D-mannose to help prevent UTIs, generally one to two tablets in the morning and two at night. I pop extra after sex and throughout the next two days (2 - 3 pills, 3 - 4 times a day) in attempt to prevent infections. So far so good, and these tablets appear to work fine. They are also smoother and easier to swallow than some of the other brands I have tried.Just be sure not to rely on D-mannose if you think you have an established UTI. I have never found them to clear an established infection, and antibiotics are really the fastest and most efficient way to clear it. Purchase your own urinary dipsticks if you want to keep an eye on things yourself.

This product was bought for a lady. After taking this for about 3 weeks it has eased the problem she was having. I would say if you are having these problems give them a try you have nothing to loose.
