Buttery soft. I can not stand shoes that rub my heal which is why I love these Cole Hann flats so much. Best shoes ever.

Perfect work shoes. Especially if your work requires a lot of walking, yet still looks professional.

I love these shoes! I like that they are genuine leather. Although they are flats, they have good support. I just wish Cole Haan made these in even more colors - i would buy them all!

I normally wear a size 6, so I ordered that size. It is way too large. I would size down. Unfortunately, I waited too long until after the return window and is now stuck with a pair of shoes I can't wear! Size down.

I really like the look and have had many nice comments on this pair. They were exactly what I needed on a recent European River cruise for dinners on the boat. I feel comfortable wearing them at home too, for events without much outside walking.I wouldn’t wear these for outside walking because they don’t have as much structure, support and padding as I would need. I do have another brand which isn’t quite as attractive but is far more supportive for walking.

Really like these flats. They look classy, nice leather and comfy. A little pricey but I like the quality. I sized up a 1/2 size and the first time I wore them they were comfy

Cute shoes. Comfortable but I think I had to exchange them for a bigger size.

I purchased these ballet flats in nude beige, and two-tone white with black accents primarily as a classic comfortable work shoe that can go with dress pants, dresses, and skirts. I'm also going to use it for travel as they are compact in the suitcase or tote bag, and can be diverse with your wardrobe of shorts, skorts, pants, etc. I usually take size 8.5, and initially ordered size 9 to give a little more room but the length and narrow width was a tight fit. I went up to a size 9.5. They're more comfortable with a bit of room. If the leather stretches a bit, I can add a half sole insert.

These look great but like most Cole Haan flats aren't particularly durable. Colour is wearing off the leather already and the lining is wearing through after only a few wears. It's a pity, because the soles are indestructible.
