Thank you for the speedy delivery. It was meant to arrive on the Tuesday, but arrived on the Saturday morning. The phone came boxed with more accessories than expected. Earphones, upright desktop charger. I even received a leather book type carry case for my BlackBerry Passport. How sweet. The marks that were mentioned were tiny marks that are not visible to the eye. I had a Blackberry before, so all my contacts, calender and memos were automatically transferred, hassle free. What a joy this phone is to me and I am overjoyed with the price. As I explore with fascination how my easy to use, very efficient, long battery life, BlackBerry Hub, magic keyboard and lots more to discover, device works. I would most definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you DMEARS.

Perfect
My parcel arrived really fast , faster then it was expected .It says that the phone has been used but it s impeccable! And also they gave me a phone case with it which I thought it was really cute from them . One of the best purchases I ever did on here 10/10

A viable (and underrated) alternative to Android and Apple
These are fantastic pieces of kit. external micro-SD storage, massive battery life, really functional keyboard, integration with Android Apps, and fantastic integration to both social and work-related comms all make this the most functional smartphone on the market. it's screen format make it better for document and web-page consumption than video (16:9) viewing, but this is the only niggle I can find. I bought mine unlocked and with a SIM only deal from BT (from whom I get my broadband). a good combination so far! Highly recommended!

Classic but dated
Aesthetically this is a great phone, I absolutely love it, but I’m afraid it is light years behind the major brands now. Does not support WhatsApp anymore, one of the biggest if not THE biggest apps in worldwide use. Very difficult to do mobile banking and no fingerprint technology to name but a few! I prefer it to my iPhone but the iPhone does so much more. I swap the SIM over every now and then when I get bored but inevitably I change back when I need something doing. The Passport will always be my favourite but time marches on alas.

Absolutely love this phone, great piece of kit, minor issue upon delivery due DPS and that i wasnt around yet the product is excellent. Quick and reliable, ive bought this phone previously, lost it and decided to buy it again.

Item is well constructed & designed, but was locked to vodaphone, with shortlife BB10 backup
BB Passport is well made and designed, with wide screen & good physical keyboard & usual useful BB features. It was not advertised as locked to Vodafone but was.Seller advised this was a mistake.It should have been unlocked before dispatch.The seller was friendly and helpful but their system took a week to give me the code to unlock the phone.I had to phone them after 7 days, they did not phone me.I have since learned that BBdevices using BB10 operating system will not be supported after end of 2019. It is not clear whether this means the system will just not be supported if problems occur, or if it will not work at all.Makes value of this device uncertain after this date
