I have gluten sensitivity and some other food allergies. This product works well for me helping with indigestion and regulating bowel movement. I am on my fourth jar now.

It's a good product and worked wonders for me, but then I went to the doctor. As I was taking statins for cholesterol, the berberine in the tablets acted as a statin inhibitor, causing the liver to work much harder because the berberine blocked it. NOTE: Consult your doctor first. The packaging should state this very clearly and be visible.

I just started taking this and I am sure it is great, it is too early to really tell but the only problem I have, so far, is with the packaging. There is some residue/powder all over the inside of the bottle and it makes everything smell... like... cheese. I have to take these with something flavorful after to get rid of that taste and even wash my hands to get the smell off. Not ideal, really. Other than that, I will assume it is doing its job. Hopefully the problem mentioned above can be addressed.
