It's OK to a point.
Seems OK to me. I mainly bought this to reduce static on my turntable, and it does seem to work well enough for that.As a cleaner, I think this kind of device has limited use, there's a lot of varying advice and discussions regarding this. Personally I keep my records clean in various ways, using a combination of Vinyl Revival to thoroughly clean periodically, with a carbon fibre brush sweep before each play (don't forget to clean the stylus too - I use a brush before each playing, and Audio Technica fluid after a few plays). The Anti Static Arm looks to me like it'll then catch any odd bits of fresh dust that land on the LP as it's playing, and of course discharge any static that might build up.It's construction seems good, with a weighty base, and nice finish to it. The pivot point looks a little 'Heath Robinson' to me, but it functions OK. On my example, the tracking seems to work fine, and it seems easy enough to adjust the tracking by moving the weight. I found a good point, and used a small blob of Blutack to maintain that position. I also can't detect any noise caused by the arm, although I haven't tested this through headphones as yet.I agree about the missing support arm, it could do with something to hold it when not in use. I simply move the weight back, and let it hang in mid-air (that works well with the Blutack trick).Overall, I think this probably is a worthwhile addition to a turntable, it's not too pricey, and can be set up fairly easily.

Skater
Looks good on the pictures and has quite good reviews. However, I have had great difficulty it finding a position in which the brush tracks at an even pace across the vinyl. It has a tendency to skate across the first tracks wherever you set the pivot.

Buy a carbon brush instead
Took me quite a while to try this after buying - I use carbon fibre and other brushes as a routine so bought it out of curiosity as to what it would bring to the game. Not much to say except not fit for purpose. The arm will not track the grooves of the record but slips across large patches. This means it will not clear any loose dust etc in advance of the tonearm. Aside from looking ok, for me it is a style over substance. At least the outlay will not break the bank, but, in my view, this money is much better spent on a decent carbon fibre, or similar, brush.

Value for the money
Ok for the cost. Bit smaller than expected and the quality is ok.
