Its a very good chair, however the massager has stopped working for me. I don't know what the issue is as I haven't really used it much. It just does not work when I plug it in anymore.Other than that, it's a great chair. 4/5

Really comfortable and great quality

I liked the chair and it’s quality, however the hydrolic lever to move the chair up and down is not work unless to pull it up. Rest everything good.Another issue is that the supplier doesn’t have local support to fix the problem. It’s not that easy to disassemble the chair and return it.

Its making voices when I move in my place after buying it by 2 weeks !!!

The chair came before expected date and was very easy and fun to assemble. My first gaming chair and it's been amazing to use, the massage function on lumbar support is just a little more than a gimmick, but the footrest combined with 180° recline and comfortable backrest make up for an amazing combination of variety and comfort. Absolutely in love with the chair, it’s incredibly comfortable and provides splendid support to the back, when sitting long hours! The quality was surprisingly brilliant!Pros:1. Loved the packaging that the product came with; all the parts were neatly and safely packaged2. Easy to read manual and fun to assemble3. Amazing back support, especially the lumbar support, along with the massager, which is just wow!4. Very comfortable, even when sitting long duration5. Don’t leave any roller marks on the floorCons:1. Amazon delivery: had to wait 20 days and order the product 3 times before they delivered it, with it being returned from the warehouse itself 2 times, without any proper notice

This is my very first gaming chair and I’m enjoying every bit of it! The assembly took a little over an hour but was quite hassle free. The manual had very detailed instructions on how to assemble. The parts were also very well packed and easy to segregate. The complete toolset also comes along with the kit.When it comes to usage.. i am someone who works 8-10hrs on a pc and my very first experience has been very pleasant! The comfort level is amazing. The lumbar & neck support are placed very well. I am 5 10” and this chair is the perfect fit for someone upto 6 feet tall.The only suggestion i have is to provide a level of control on the lumbar massager. I wouldn’t mind spending an additional 2-3k for that.Overall, the experience was quite good and hoping it stays like this in the future as well!

The main highlight of the product is comfort. At first I was skeptical about the massager but it gets enough juice even from the laptop and delivers great vibration. Fairly easy to assemble all the screws are in place when you unbox it even if you misplace some there are some extra pairs.
