This actually works! Three days, three treatments and my teeth are several shades whiter. With each treatment, it takes more and more effect. I skipped a day, didn’t reverse the effect - despite loads of coffee. But don’t expect after one treatment to convert your teeth into all new porcelain teeth. But you can certainly over several treatments take off years of coffee color. It’s super easy to use - and if you get to taste the gel, it just tastes like a toothpaste. Not making the teeth more sensitive and does not feel abrasive. First whitening product I’ve ever bought, which actually works. 👍

I liked this kit. It was easy to use, and the LED light made it feel very professional.There are instructions that come with the kit, or you can scan the code in the box. I inserted the light into the front of the mouth guard (slightly difficult at first but easier with each use!) before cleaning my teeth and placing 0.5 of gel from one of the three syringes in top and bottom of the mouth tray, inserting and switching LED light on. I only left mine in for 20 mins while I got on with emails. My teeth are definitely whiter and brighter after a week, and owing to being an avid coffee drinker, will have enough for a number of applications going forward. The gel tastes nice and made my mouth feel fresh too!

I used it for 7 days and I can see little to no difference at all. I'll try for few more days hoping that I didn't waste my money.

First time using today and I'm not impressed. The whole reason I got this was because it was made by British dentists and because its a gel with a guard that covers the front of your teeth, which theoretically SHOULD have provided an even whitening treatment.If you do not have straight teeth, if they have any degree of crowding, they will not whiten evenly. I now have weird white patches on the edges of the teeth that aren't aligned (crowded) and my teeth look WORSE. I would rather have my uniform yellowy shade than have teeth with white patches which draws MORE attention to an area I am already self concious about.I will try applying the gel directly to my teeth tomorrow and see if that does anything. If it does I will update.It is literally impossible to see an NHS dentist right now and has been this way for years. I know my teeth aren't great but I didn't see ANY WARNING about teeth that aren't already almost perfect in alignment having abnormal lightening of colour.
