grandson 6 years old, loves this

Bought this doll for my 4 yr old grandson who is absolutely obsessed with John Cena. Ordered in August and it arrived promptly. I did not open the box or inspect it. Wrapped it up and then gave it to him today. September 14th 2016. He was so surprised until he realized his fingers on the right hand were broken off and loose in the packaging. When he tried to operate the doll to make the movement, light and sound it wouldn' t always work. Ok we thought shouldn't have to change the battery right out of the box but will. It did not help. Still doesn't work properly. The child adores the toy . I am so disappointed for him.. I would try to send it back but I did buy it early in August and his birthday is in September. Don't know if this one was defective or had been miss handled before selling it. But am very disappointed in the state of the product.

My boys loved this, but one of the legs broke easily just below the knee. The knees don't bend, and my 2 year old actually broke it. Otherwise it's an okay toy and the boys still play with it despite the broken leg.

Received broken product. Was supposed to be a Santa gift.
