This Vallejo Face & Skin Tones set is a good product with great quality. The paints go on smoothly, have nice coverage, and the colors are perfect for painting faces, skin tones, and detailed models. The 8-bottle set gives a good range of shades to work with, and the paint quality is exactly what I expected from Vallejo. Very happy with this purchase.

These paints are great. Good quality for a fair price. Faces and skin are something that I need to do a lot of and having this set is really helpful.

Great paint very easy to used

I’m still experimenting with the colors as I am a beginner at painting but these colors make my job so much easier. Although you have to mix colors to get the tone you want I recommend these.

I bought this pallet to increase my skin tone colors when painting miniatures. When I got these I was hesitant based on the reviews of others saying this wasn't flesh tones. I have to argue with the assessment of others. If you assume that when painting flesh will use one color then its wrong. I worked with a wet pallet and mixed the colors to make smooth transitions. Using only 4 paints I was able to mix a range of color .. 13 different layers to work with and paint. I'm no where near a master painter but it seems to me if you buy this expecting to use one or two paints as a skin tone you will be disappointed. This will require you to do a few extra steps in mixing your skin tones but well worth the time..

Vallejo produces some of the best acrylics out there. Airbrushing is the tough nut to crack in this arena so I have used a variety of brands. Vallejo is always in the top 5. This set will require thinning/prep before running through any fine airbrushes but the quality is such that thinning (with the proper Vallejo thinner and flow improver) is not an issue. The color choices cover nearly every variety out there, except Ogres...

Practice makes perfect and having the right Vallejo paints is key. I like Vallejo because they are easy to use with a wet pallet and the consistency, application and overall effect is great.

Le pitture della serie Model Color della Vallejo sono pensate per rappresentare fedelmente i colori che si trovano in natura, o nella vita vera. In particolare, questo set è pensato, ovviamente, per avere una ottima rappresentazione delle tonalità che si possono trovare nell'incarnato della maggior parte delle persone. Naturalmente non rappresenta una collezione completa, cono colori principalmente per pelle caucasica, fino ad una abbastanza abbronzata, ma per quello che sono pensati, sono ottimi acrilici. Mescolare il colore dell'incarnato non è facile, ed avere delle pitture già pronte, con cui immediatamente poter dipingere, salva enormi quantità di tempo. Inoltre, la nuova linea della Vallejo è sempre una garanzia: ottimi pigmenti e ottima densità, le boccette con il contagocce sono fantastiche per evitare sprechi e gli acrilici sono di ottima fattura. Dipingo miniature da molto tempo, e sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto, anzi, sono sicuro che acquisterò anche altri prodotti di questa linea Vallejo. Super consigliato.

Quite useful for starting/shading a fair range of different skin tones. Can be brushed on easily enough, or used in an airbrush with a small bit of extra work.
