I am able to breathe comfortably through my nose when I use this product otherwise I find that I am breathing through my mouth and therefore saliva tends to flow out when I sleep. I now enjoy deep sleep at night. Product is reasonably comfortable and specifications are as advertised. Also it is not visible when inserted in the nostrils. Packing is good and 12 pcs are supplied. Would have been even better had it been made of silicone. This is plastic hence may cause slight discomfort if used for prolonged periods. But still, 5 stars.

Poor quality

If you’re reading this, you are also probably afflicted by collapsed nasal valves and love to prop those suckers open while sleeping.I think I’ve tried literally every possible product on the market, and I do think I’ve truly mastered the art of breathing with this product specifically. Other similar products worked, but were much more expensive options (think 3 for $20- blegh), were single-use requiring repeat purchases, unsightly (I’m still young & would like not to alienate my husband), or would tear the skin off my face (literally tho).For me, what works best is to order a large or extra large hard silicone vent (I have a small nose) from this brand. Before using, I cut the plastic vent pieces so that it literally only inserts into my nose up to the level of where my nares collapse with inspiration (usually cut about halfway along the length of each stent). I sometimes also use a nail file to file off the distal ridges so that is smooth / snug. This makes the vent comfy AND maximizes the support— literally my nostrils have never breathed better. The hard silicone is inflexible and props them open without narrowing the lumen of the nostril.Love that these come in a pack of 12 for $10 and are re-usable. Highly recommend playing around with different sizes and cutting them accordingly to find the best option for you!

I really found these to help keep my nostrils open so I could stop sniffing. I believe my problem is not congestion , but is related to sagging muscles adjacent to the bridge of my nose. I really liked the basket shape and found them comfortable to wear. My wife doesn't have to listen to me constantly sniffing because my nostrils are open. Great product. I will definitely keep these near.

I can't use the product, partially because it is MASSIVE but partly because of deviated septum it aggravates my nose and causes much sneezing. If you have a large enough nose, I'm sure its great - just a shame to not be able to find a size guide before buying because its such a risk that a pack of 8 goes to waste. Was convinced I'd ordered the multiple size packs but nevertheless, these arrived and just going to try nasal strips instead

I have a huge nose and extra large are a little too large. Material is not as soft as expected. Does take a bit of endurance to get used to. But it does improve breathing and reduce snoring.
