If you have a hot drink and want it kept warm - then perfect! If you want to heat up a large mug of some drink to warm temperature …. then it will eventually do it but it will take a long, long time!!Overall, great if you want a warm drink to be kept warm indefinitely.

Brought as a Christmas present for my father. He was super impressed with it. Keeps a large mug of coffee hot until the last drop.

Value for money

While it was working it was great. But then it only has to stay warm...obviously cheaply made and a short life product. Luckily it never burst into flames. Which was a bonus.

This is a fun and handy item for any desk. It is a great product for keeping drinks warm so great for when working as you can guarantee a warm drink. I will say I was expecting a usb connection but it actually has a mains plug which I was expecting. I think I would have preferred a usb connection but it isn’t the end of the world, I guess.Overall it’s a useful product and maybe even a good option for a gift or treat for yourself. It is easy to use and the wood effect looks great too.

Really like this cup warmer and yes it really does work, so easy to use just press a button and choose 1 of 3 heat settings then press the same button to turn it off.You can tell when it is on/off as there is a light that demonstrates which temperature setting it is at when turned on.Great design, compact litterally a tiny bit bigger circumfrence than your standard mug and it lays flat on the surface. I found the plug ( standard uk plug) cable a little short so do think about when thinking where you can place it.I did knock 1 star off as i think it's a little expensive for what it is, looks lovely like a wooden coaster but it's not actual wood just made to look like it.

I drink tea and coffee throughout the day, but I'm a slow drinker. When I'm distracted by work, my beverages get cold. This mug warmer does a good job of keeping my drinks warm. It plugs into the mains and is extremely simple to use. It has a simple touch button to turn on/off, and pressing the button cycles through three different temperature settings: blue light (40°C), rose red light (55°C), and red light (65°C). I usually leave it on the highest setting. I spilled a bit on the mug warmer plate the other day; after wiping it clean with a cloth, it works perfectly fine. The design is more sophisticated and traditional, which I prefer, rather than as technological as most others. It appears to be well-made and long-lasting. The cord could be longer, but I have a small power strip on my desktop, so it's not an issue for me. Overall, a good product that does the job and is reasonably priced.

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly, I expected this item to be better. The product works, but it could be hotter, so I gave it a lower star rating. It is stylish looking, easy to use, has various temperature controls, suitable for a variety of drinks. It keeps my freshly made hot coffee warm, but it is not suitable to warm up drinks, at least it takes a long while. For this reason I only use it on the highest settings. It is also perfect when I want to keep my fruit or herbal tea warm as I am not too fussy about the temperature of the tea. Whenever I make a cup of coffee, I put it immediately on this mug warmer so that it does not cool down too quickly. So many times I had to use the microwave to heat up my drink before.This product is safe to use and it shuts off after 6 hours so no need to worry if you accidentally leave it on.You can put almost any kind of drink on the hot place: mugs, cups, baby bottles etc. (not plastic)It is good for the price.
