Works but barely
I had to put in fresh new Duracell's and it works great for a couple days and when the batteries get down to 90%, they struggle to grind the salt sand pepper. Still works but very slowly.Also, is you knock them over, the batteries fall out of the holder and they don't work unless you disassemble and put the batteries back again. I put a thick elastic band around the batteries to keep them in their place.They are OK but you get what you pay for. Still, I had hoped for more.

To much work for the benefit
I bought these salt and peper shakers and i think they are suppose to come with some type of cylinder to go around the battery compartment and it doesn’t come with it or at least ours didnt and it intermittently wants to work sometimes and you have to open it push the batteries back in place and use it. Which is a pain in the butt. My husband put rubber bands around them to hold them in place End it doesn’t work all the time

Good value for nice grinders
These are well-priced and nicely shaped grinders. They use 4 AA-sized batteries, which a change from the 6 AAA-sized batteries of my old ones. As a result, they grind, but sound a bit weak. They still work though, which is more than I can say for my old ones and I'm hoping the AA-sized/larger batteries don't lose power so fast, and don't tend to jump out of the harness they're in.

If it’s broke...they will fix it and quick!
Upon receiving my original order, I checked the grinders to make sure they worked and found that one of the grinders did not open. I returned the item and received a replacement within 2 days. It works great and is a quality product for the money. The entire process was quick and painless. I’m happy!

Salt grinder not working - already
It has great utility of working. Also, they are a little big for convenience of use and storage. Not a bad seller, but maybe not a good product.

The get stuck now and again but if you let ...
The get stuck now and again but if you let off the button and push again they start to go again. Much easier than turning by hand.

Poor quality. Do not buy
I owned a different brand similar to this for 4 years. Work great but was getting tired. I wanted to get a newer one and my wife got this as a Christmas gift for me. It lasted a whole 3 months and now just makes a clicking noise. JUNK.

Spillproof!
Especially love the rubber caps that keep S & P from spilling wherever you set these down. The light feature allows you to see how much is actually getting to your plate.
