Great for Italian cheese and parsley sausage.
Great casing!!! didn't have any blow outs and was very happy as my first time using small casings like this. I have been making Italian sausage for decades and finally tried the small ones and glad I did. Getting ready to order more so I can make another batch.

Worked well in the past but this lot seems to be damaged goods
We have bought this item many times before with no issue however this time the casing came already with holes and disintegrating after soaking even before attempting to feed the sausage machine with them. We looked for an expiry date on the package but there were none?!?! We had bought the meat and prepared our spice mix but got disappointed that we could not make the sausages. We are requesting to replace it with a new lot and expedite the delivery so the meat doesn’t go bad

A little bigger than was advertised.
Had no problem with these casings and it’s very handy for them to be preloaded on these tubes, but they did seem a bit oversized from what they were supposed to be.

Not sure about the smell
Disappointed because I think I got a bad batch! They smell awful! There's liquid inside that smells and there's no returns or exchanges for this item.

Fantastic. Makes sausage making easier. I used to use the other, knotted up kind, butwill use these casings from now on.

Excellent casing
Perfect casing for making breakfast sausage. came packaged on a tube, so it was super easy to place on sausage horn. This will be my go to casing from now on.

The smell was garbage 🤢
I usually don't write reviews but this is one of those cases where I felt I had to. When we opened the package the smell was so bad, just unbearable. Rotten eggs x 10. I've been making sausages for years and I've never come across such a horrendous smell. It is so sad for how much you pay and there's nothing you can do. I ended up making sausage patties unfortunately. They need a better way to package these or maintain their freshness. Very unfortunate as I was looking for halal casing which is hard to find. I definitely won't be buying this product again.
