Brilliant on Light Soiling
Some washing liquid got spilt on the left toe cap of my suede shoes and I really struggle to remove it.I saw a video on YouTube where a professional cobbler (are shoe repairers still called cobblers?) used this stuff to clean stains from a pair of suede shoes, so I thought I would give it a try. There are no instructions for how much of the product to use, so I just poured about 1/3 of the bottle into a small bowl of water. When applied using the enclosed soft bristled brush it foamed up nicely on the shoes.2 hours after use it is clear the washing liquid stain still remains and the area around it has faded slightly but the rest of the shoe has come up like new.I did brush them with a metal bristled suede shoe brush before applying the cleaner to remove loose dust and dirt and raise the nap of the suede to allow the cleaner to really get deep into the fibres. As the title of my review says, this cleaner works amazingly well on lightly soiled suede but doesn’t remove washing liquid. If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can remove this type of stain I would be very interested to hear it.These shoes, after cleaning may never again be worn as ‘best’ shoes but I would happily wear them in a casual setting.

great Produced saved my LV jacket
i got soya sauce all around the jacket before, saw the youtube video and bought this shampoo. its saved my jacket i got rid of all the stains.thats how i did it:1. use a cool fan to make sure all soya sauce are to the freeze point so i can scratch most of them out2. use the shampoo to brush it in small parts( avoid large surface cleaning because it might spread the dirt to the larger surface)3. use the brush and water to clean the area which has shampoo.4. do the same thing again but the whole jacket( you will need to do it, its verytiring and time consuming but this is the only way to make the whole jacket nice and clean)5. this is the last part, people might think im crazy- wash the whole jacket, put it under the shower head make sure everything is washed off( people said avoid water but suede is a high density material but water repelling, to clean the jacket thoroughly its the best bet to make sure its 100% done)6. how to dry it:to dry the jacket first you need some towels to put inside the jacket( because its suede you need something to absorb the water from the inside while you are hang drying it).Change the towel once its wet and do it again. make sure you change the hanging method regularlly to avoid this heavy jacket loses its shape, I personally hanged its arms and the bottom part as well to share the weight. Now you have a brand now jacket you will love it!

Best cleaner I've used
Used to use this as part of my shoe repair business. Cleans very well if you follow the instructions carefully. Decant into a jam jar lid and apply using the brush included, then work it into the suede with warm water until it stops foaming, then allow it to dry naturally. Virtually odourless. Do test on an inconspicuous area to ensure there is no colour loss, however I've never had any colour loss when using it, but it's worth testing in any case.

Did not help me clean my suede bag
It looked promising, but despite the product creating a bit of foam when used, and the little brush being a promising tool to try to clean the fabric, the end result was disappointing. I have not found a suede cleaner that would work well yet.

Good product but didn’t remove the dye off suede
I’d say, it’s pretty expensive for what it is! You need to pour the liquid in a little cap (not provided) so the brush provided can be dipped in. The bottle should be simply a spray bottle. I bought this to remove jeans dye that rubbed off on my very expensive suede bag. It didn’t clean it so, wouldn’t suggest this product for such cleaning.

Didn't Do Anything.......
I've a pair of light brown R M Williams suede boots. They're proper quality suede and were well protected with the relevant spray you're supposed to use (but this is really only to repel water, not grease).Went to a restaurant, found 2 grease spots from 'somewhere' on one boot. 😡Bought this gear, followed the instructions and nothing happened apart from creating a dirty great watermark around the area of the 2 spots! It didn't work at all, useless. So now I've washed the boot totally and thankfully the watermark has gone. The photo is after applying the product then having washed the boot.I've decided to buy some decent suede stain, dark brown, and will dye them. It's kill or cure time.......
